BIG SKY COUNTRY
by Pamela Lee
Pam paints Apollo 17's Jack Schmitt exploring the giant boulder they nicknamed Split Rock., because the boulder had broken in two.
The boys came upon the rock while driving back to the LM on their last excursion, EVA-3. The boulder had rolled down the mountain, leaving a trail down the slope.
Edition of 10 only.
It also has a "gallery wrapped" canvas, which needs no frame, because the canvas is stretched behind, stapled in place on the back, and the sides are then painted black. A hanging wire is installed, and it's ready to hang. Signed and numbered by the artist.
WHAT is a giclee?
